We do! For US orders, economy shipping (5-8 business days after fulfillment) is free for orders of at least $30.
For orders under $30 placed in the US, we offer the following shipping options:
Economy (5-8 business days after fulfillment) - $5.90
Standard (3-4 business days after fulfillment) - $9.90
Express (1-2 business days after fulfillment) - Calculated at checkout
For Canada orders, economy international shipping (7-14 business days after fulfillment) is free for orders of at least $30.
For orders under $30 placed in Canada, we offer the following shipping options:
Economy International (7-14 business days after fulfillment) - $5.90
Standard International (3-4 business days after fulfillment) - Calculated at checkout
Express International (1-2 business days after fulfillment) - Calculated at checkout
For all other international orders placed outside of the US and Canada, economy international shipping (7-20 business days after fulfillment) is free for orders of at least $30.

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
The processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?
This depends on the shipping method you selected, and your country of residence! Typically, if you selected economy shipping, orders will take no longer than 7-10 days to arrive. If you selected express shipping, orders will take no longer than 3-7 days to arrive.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, in most cases we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Please contact our team immediately at concierge@dewyrx.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package has been sent.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the order arrives at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.Â

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when placing an order with us. For all order placed outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by customs or returned to the United States, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs if the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt once the product is returned to us.
