DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

YES! For all orders placed worldwide, shipping is free on any order above $30 (not including promotions). Your order must total $30 before tax is applied and after any discounts are applied.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, in most cases we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method.

If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at concierge@dewyrx.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package has been sent.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, there will be no returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at concierge@dewyrx.com immediately with a photo and description of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

If there was a problem or any damage done to the products during the delivery process, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for any damages/lost/stolen packages once the package is passed on to the carrier.

IS DEWYRX CRUELTY-FREE?

DEWYRX is cruelty-free! We do not test our formulas on animals. All product testing is performed solely on human skin to ensure safety and efficacy.

IS DEWYRX VEGAN?

All of our products are vegan-friendly and does not use animal-derived ingredients.
